Segbong
From Midiwarez
Segbong was a social experiment conducted in early 2001 to study the effects of VT, or Vacuum Technology. After two bloody awesome World Wars, many scientists throughout the world were in search of a more effective administration of THC. Utilizing the extensive list of Nazi scientists collected under Project Paperclip in the mid 1940's, holocent set out on a top secret study to determine the mid to long term side effects of blasting Marijuana smoke directly into the lungs via 12amp engines. The Segbong project ran into trouble almost immediately, when it was discovered that the engines currently in possession were not 12amp engines. There was a 12amp engine that was secretly developed by Dirt Devil, however, this engine was extremely classified and only available to a small list of host nations. After years of preperation, a plan was set into motion which would ultimately place the 12amp engine into friendly hands.
During Christmas 2000, holocent received a gift in the form of a long rectangular box. The gift was given by a family member, though later sources revealed this was possibly a front for a more sinister black market plot, stealing top secret technology developed by Dirt Devil and Dyson. There were even rumors of Kirby and Hoover being directly involved. holocent transported the box to a safe location and opened it to discover that it was a brand new Dirt Devil with the elusive 12amp engine. After 6 months of study on various suction powers, holocent determined that the engine was up to the task for his ultimate design...SEGBONG. Using an advanced polymer and techniques still highly classified, holocent created a chassis for SEGBONG. Early variants of SEGBONG had no wheels, but in later production lines the wheels were included. Initial field testing had shown that the power of the 12amp engine had a tendency to shake itself loose from the support chassis below it. This was a dangerous situation, one in which the operator might have to eject, ultimately destroying the prototype SEGBONG. Testing was halted while various alternative methods of housing the engine were studied. After an extensive study period, it was determined that the best method would be for holocent to reverse engineer the Dirt Devil directly, and then hax0r it with l33t modz.
A little known bill was passed through Congress that allowed holocent unlimited funds in the order of $125.99. He quickly turned these funds into various components of SEGBONG. Industrial strength hose, Israeli gas masks, acrylic, wheels, copper wire for power. All of the parts were under one roof but now the complex task of building the device was at hand. Two individuals lost their lives in early trial runs of the device. One test subject was ultimately able to blast his lungs with an extreme amount of Marijuana but also inhaled massive quantities of dust, as the engine used at the time was not the 12amp, but a test engine of a smaller size and was not properly cleaned for the experiment. Finally it all came together, and one late night about 11:45pm, holocent turned on SEGBONG for the first time. The sound of the engine roaring was enough to bring the most stoic man to tears. Not everyone was happy though. Some neighbors of holocent were reported to have knocked on his door complaining that it was "too late to clean house". holocent then had to fight the UN and prove his case, that A: He wasn't cleaning house, and B: Technically it was an apartment. In the long run, the UN requested information through the FOIA regarding funding for SEGBONG, but so far neither holocent or the US Government are responding to questions.
